At TA Luxury Safaris Ltd, we are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients in full compliance with Rwanda's Data Protection and Privacy Law No 058/2021, enforced by the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).

This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data during the booking and service delivery process. Personal data may include names, contact details, passport information, medical needs, and travel preferences, which we collect only with the client's informed consent or when required to fulfill our contractual obligations.

We ensure that all data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Clients are informed about the purpose of data collection, the recipients of the data (such as national parks, hotels, or transport providers), and their rights. These rights include access to their data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure upon request, restriction of processing, and data portability. Clients may also withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

TA Luxury Safaris Ltd maintains strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data. This includes digital encryption, access controls, secure backups, and restricted staff access.

For high-risk data activities, we conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). We also appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance, handle client concerns, and communicate with NCSA when needed.

We only share data with trusted partners within and outside Rwanda under secure agreements and with legal safeguards in place. Any international data transfers are subject to NCSA authorization and appropriate protection measures. Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected---typically for a period of five years---and is securely deleted thereafter.

• In case of any data breach, we have protocols to report incidents promptly to NCSA and notify affected clients with necessary details and remedies.
