To establish clear guidelines for clients booking safari services with TA Luxury Safaris Ltd, ensuring mutual understanding and compliance with applicable laws.
By booking with TA Luxury Safaris Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you (the client) and TA Luxury Safaris Ltd.
To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the safari start date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, or other methods specified at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated, and additional fees (e.g., bank charges) are the client’s responsibility.

TA Luxury Safaris Ltd acts as an agent for suppliers (e.g., accommodations, transport providers, national parks) and is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties or unforeseen events. Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Participation in safari activities, including gorilla trekking, game drives, and other excursions, is at the client’s own risk. Clients must follow safety instructions provided by guides and staff.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during booking, including medical conditions, dietary requirements, or other special needs. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in the inability to accommodate specific requests.
Clients must respect local laws, customs, and wildlife regulations during the safari. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in termination of the safari without refund.
Any complaints should be reported to TA Luxury Safaris Ltd immediately during the safari to allow for prompt resolution. Written complaints can be submitted within 14 days after the safari to info@taluxurysafaris.com. Disputes will be handled in accordance with Rwandan law.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
